I don't mind bugs, as long as they are exterminated, and as long as people don't get called cheaters and penalized as a result of a bug. | 08/09/2011 17:39 |

4)Training was very low on the beta server. I havent seen a player increase by more than 0.15, is that how training will be or was that just a bug? 5) will player's FC change? (you will be basing the attributes on average, so players with maxed out attributes right now will have these attributes decrease. Will this lead to a FC change?) can we get an answer on this two? this two can change whole game and strategy |

If players careers are extended to 30 years, then training has to be lowered so everyone isn't 99 by age 23, and 99 for next 8 seasons. So training has to be much lower. FC - No clue. It's not viewable on beta. |

8000 experience rule is good. this keeps the number of players in the game limited. And now premium players are truly that - premium. you just can't wait for a day or 3 and expect another 90 progression player to appear. It will increase the importance of schools dramatically, and take a lot of money out of the game, because schools are terribly expensive, especially good ones. Scouts will become less valuable than schools, and excellent players they find will be truly excellent. Inflation will take place at the highest levels, just like in reality. But in div 4 and less, players in the 40's and 50's will be perfectly good. I suspect that in a couple seasons you will see a team avg around 45 win a division 4 group. Now, this 200M for a single player is a bit much. so there must be some way to take money out of the game now. The truly elite teams have tons of schools and tons of money, with nowhere to put it. so you can expect a billion dollar player very soon i bet. after the top 1000 players in game (randomly pulled number), who knows how steep the dropoff will be... |

Ah, that makes sense then. So much for the high progression wonder children that this league is made up of... now what to do with my high progression youth? For some this will be a bummer, but for people who want to play this game over the long haul, it should add a bit more stability. I only wish we had a bit more time (at least a month) to "adjust" or prepare ourselves for this change. |

actually it will make getting higher progression players early even more important. The training will take longer, but over the long term, the differences will be even more extreme, because once you've lost that time, it will be very hard to make it up. again, a reason to invest in schools now. They won't be wonder children, but they will be very valuable. You will also be able to build a near complete team on your own through your youth program with proper training, with all of the cross training options that will be available. |

what is the difference between 45% prog player nad 90% prog in new simulator? as i read if we train stealing balls on both CDFs will 90% prog player progress faster in stealing balls or they will go same(ex.lets say both by 1 point per training) what is advantage of having high progression player in new sim? 50% Presumably. Assuming the training formula used now applies to attributes.... But high progression players should train twice as fast, if htey have twice the progression... I have been wrong before. Way wrong. |
