to all: please hold of on snap judgments. Now that @Rand has weighed in, we know that the deliberative process is actually happening, and that a decision will be made. I believe it will be a good one, and we should all hold our tongues for 24 hours until they have had a chance to digest the complexities and make a GOOD decision. This is far more important than a fast decision, I think we can all agree on this point. |

I have a few things to say. 1. Thank you @rand for your prompt reply by email after I reported this case directly to U-play and further to your forum replies and allowing fellow managers to add their information, viewpoints and judgments. That was outstanding and exactly the kind of admin we would like to see in this game. 2. We need to simplify the crux of the issue and to me after reading all of the threads and having first hand experience of @Dnsvnsk and his viewpoint in a chatroom last night, I present the following synopsis: Fact: He colluded with @Daniel Adair and Jeys to manipulate the game and gain an advantage. Fact: Jeys could have quite easily thrown a game or 2 himself to lose promotion and refused the @'s manipulation idea. Fact: Admins know the rules of the games otherwise they would not be admins. Fact: When a bug released 1000's of free players into the market, @shengli knew these rules and did not hostile any free players. Fact: @Dnsvnsk and @Daniel Adair knew the rules and consciously chose to break (or bend) the rule. Conclusion: Even if the 2 admins thought they were innocent in "bending" this rule, the fact is they DID it, this is the crux, not the dis-intention or lack of knowledge. If they had been caught driving without a licence, where would the line "But I was unaware I did anything wrong" get them. The policing of this is understandably difficult, as is suspect transfers, and many managers may get away with it but in this case they have been CAUGHT. Further to that, these are not 2 rookie newbies, these are experienced players and admin as well. An example must be made to dissuade any manager from trying this again. Judgment: Both admin stripped of their @ status. This is the MINIMUM punishment and needs to happen ASAP. Further punishment has been advised by my fellow managers which I think appropriate and needs to be decided by senior admin. I sincerely hope we can put this matter behind us and move on. |

Id hate to see anyone retained for no reason again. |

I can't believe I'm saying this, but let's back off of the @. There is zero chance - none - that they will do anything abusive from here on out because it would obviously result in a ban from the game. And say what you will, these guys obviously love playing the game, which is a good thing I think, one of the gems amongst the turds of the past week. Stop worrying and let the higher-ups do their thing . |

It's a game, but as with all things competitive, true character shines through. Maybe all @ should be required to pass personality/morality tests  |
