Does anyone else think that prices of schools/stadiums etc. should be changed according to inflation?

Since the monetary power of a certain amount of money is always decreasing, it seems that in a couple seasons the cost of building anything would be too low. Players' prices are rising, and the amount of money in the game is increasing quite fast too. This will eventually mean that paying 6M for getting pro seats in 2-3 seasons will be too little for the 'actual value' of those seats. Anyone thinking the same way?

For well established teams I can see your point, although 95-75M is a lot of money for me even now to build an excellent school in Brazil or Germany. But if someone just joined, he's in the same situation as you were when you started. Increasing prices will affect them more that anyone else. 06/09/2011 14:21

I think point is that we're only just moving to div 3 with attendant ticket prices, stadium revenues and the like (accessories cost pennies when you earn 10mil per home game). You shouldn't be able to just buy an excellent brazil! You should only get there in about another season... otherwise it'll be div 2arrives, all the good teams have excellent schools everywhere, stadia are building as fast as possible... next stop, buy loads of players... But it's kinda implemented already as the cost of construction is way higher as the tier increases.. 07/09/2011 10:27

Remember that, better players means higher salaries .. And people who promote to 3rd Div. have to pay near 15M of accesories. 08/09/2011 12:18

But as Cellog pointed out (i think it was him) that the relationship between salaries/release clause is linear, so having a 200k salary for a player will give you 200M+ release clause for an 80+ avg. And obviously it wont be too hard to give all your players 200k+ salaries, which would total to 5M per week for a 25 player squad so increasing player salaries isn't that difficult to do.

As for accessories, 15M for you guys is like change. You can make more than that in 2 home games next season.

More than that in 2 home games? Sorry but for a match i earn less than 5,5M
And if i earn 11M in a week, on sunday i have to pay about 9M.
To recover that 15M i have to wait few weeks ..

i said next season, because almost all games you will play will be against teams with at least 12k supporters. This season you have quite a few teams in your league with less than 8-10k supporters. So this will give you more revenue. Also, your revenue will probably increase by about 100k-200k per week from increase in number of supporters.

To add on top of that, the amount of money you will get from partners+money from sponsor and TV for placing top in your league will cover a good portion of that 15M. I'm a bit jealous of all you guys getting lots of revenue so don't take it personally. I know I will be in your position by next season, talking to people who are saying exactly what I'm saying right now and telling them that they're wrong just like what you are thinking right now.

PS: if you signed him when he was younger for a 1M salary, i think his release clause would have been about 1.5-2 billion. Release clause only decreased because of age.
