i have 90% youth coach..i train my player with runing..but for LW position tthe progress is only 0.0002?how its happened?cos the runing is the best train for LW

You have trained running in senior team, but in junior you have trained midfielders

lol, I do stuff like that all the time too.

Hopefully your LW does not have a 6% progression or something like that.

Training is very confusing at first, because if you do the same training 2 days in a row, it may appear that today's training affects today. But the way training works is like this:

player increase = PREVIOUS DAY'S training type * TODAY'S player motivation * player progression * coach

so if you train like so:

Sunday: Organize Midfielders
Monday: Running

then the equation becomes:

MONDAY player increase = SUNDAY'S training * MONDAY'S player motivation * coach

so in your case:

MONDAY player increase = org midfielders (for LB) * (101%) * (90%) * progression
MONDAY player increase = 0.01 * 1.01 * .9 * progression
= 0.009 * progression

which means your player that improved 0.004 has about 44% progression, for instance. At these small levels of improvement, there is a wide margin of error though, your player could be anywhere from 33-55% progression.

And you thought math wasn't useful!

although I wrote my message after the training tonight, which was actually ball control, but the calculation is the same because both train LB 1%
