I just calculate it.

Amount improved / (motivation for training day/100) / (percentage training from chart/100)

No it's

(amount improved / (motivation*percentage training*coach %))*100

If you divide by a divide, it's like multiplying on the bottom. Did I forget a bracket? I was always bad at writing down equations on the computer.

I think sgand's is easier to understand, go with his (though it should yield the same thing... at least in my convoluted head)

You forgot the coach% so no, it would yield something totally different.
Try and be accurate in your forum answer as a number of newbies are relying on your answer.

whoops, sorry bout that.

divide the % above by (your coach % / 100)

And it would not be off by anything if your coach is 100%

Here is an example with one of my youth.

Park Hee Ju (OM), Training:+0.489.
Conditions: Motivation: 157%, Coach:93%, Type: In depth passing (51% for OM)

Training (0.489) / 1.57 / .93 / .51 = 0.66 (that's the progression)

or .66 * 100 = 66

BTW, this player will be on sale with auction ending this Friday.

The math is simple, but you have to remember what the motivation was for the day of the training (usually from 2 days ago, depending on what time you check).

Motivation % used in the equation is from the current day based on the previous days game. In other words whenever you look at your training amount for any player, the motivation shown is the motivation used in the equation (until he plays again that day).

If you find your training is based on 2 days previous, then you have a bug that has occurred before - message admin directly to get it fixed.
