I think you're confusing some things. Not all the @ are admins, only some of them are.
Most of @ are attorneys or moderators, which means that we are users like you and we contribute with the game using some extra features which help us to do our tasks. (In my case, I help with sanctions and cheaters). You can see it in my posts.

We are NOT paid for this, so we do it voluntarily, cause we like the game and want to contribute with it. We are not related to the company which created the game, so never think we get some reward for this (I've read about this many times). It's very easy to complain about us and the way we help when we do this FOR FREE.

Then, you're asking for an apology. I personally think I don't have to apologize about anything, because some of the attorneys discussed about your sanction and think it's absolutely fair. I repeat: It's a nonsense that some 65 / 20 defenders have been sold in auction for 20 mil. and you bought that player for 18.

Anyway, as I've tried to explain you everything and you still have some complains, you should talk to @internat, @Rand or @ranru, the administrators. I can't do anything else.

Greetings.

Shengli,

I understand and appreciated your work for this game, I know you try to contribute and help. This is what I think:

First, you attorneys are the only few people, which represent administrator, not players representative because you are chosen by admin, not us. Did you see that everyone here disagree with your decision, except you? So you say it nonsense then you say everyone here not wise enough?

If I could personally talk with an admin, I will never need help from people in forum. We need support from people here because we believe we won't be listened by administrator if we talk alone, I don't need to give an example for this, and believe everyone here agree with that.

Also, why the seller not retained and fined but me, the buyer only? And you said it's fair? For who? Everyone? NO! Everyone are disagree with that decision!

I would like to add that players watching over other players is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs in a game where you pay money to play. Given that there are no clear rules it becomes very easy for players to abuse their position. I'm not saying that's what you've done. But you didn't answer any of my questions regarding transfers you agreed, that seem to be under the price you are applying to everyone else.

The old saying who watches the watch men comes to mind. The whole point of playing a game like this, is that everyone is even based on the rules built into the game. Not arbritary calculations that a few trusted people decide on. I might as well play a MOO, where everyone has a pretend team and whoever emotes the best lines wins the game and has the best players.

Built in game rules are there for a reason, to make it fair for everyone. Cheaters should get punished, but being able to use your own negotiating skills to get a lower price should not. Otherwise we might as well all roll dice to see who won. Certainly players watching players is a recipe for disaster in a paid for game.

I'd also like to add that I've spoken to a number of players who won't buy pack manager or GB's until the administration of the game is a bit more transparent

If you haven't already I think you @Shengli should show this thread to the developers to show the level of feeling regarding arbritrary rules.

You're cool Shengli...i think we are just looking for some ground to see where the low tolerable point for a transfer is. It's pretty crazy.

it's obvious the difference between a 20 year old defender and a 23 yo def. is quite significant. The only evidence we have is what has sold, so I understand that you are only working with what you can see. All of these good players that aren't ever bid on never show up in comparable sales, so it's impossible to account for them....even an experienced player can't tell what a real price ceiling is.

But under 22 quite different than over 22....22 is a grey area. The evidence is quite compelling, but it seems there is no room for "reasonable doubt".

I agree w/ Gunnernic....Until this situation w/ fines due to an unknown market, just make it so you can't transfer players > 60....same as in multi-offer.

All have to go through direct purchase or Auction until the comparable sales button works.

Substitute
this is my first post on this topic, so here it goes.
Im a fairly new player, this is only my first full season, but i must say. The way things are being handled is not good for the game. Retaining issues might be a private matter but when you don't get a response from any of the @'s, you have no other choice but to go public. As shengli stated not all @'s are admin, why arent they more visible? I read the forums everyday and personally have never seen a player receive an answer or any response from an admin. Its always one of the older players responding.
Regarding market value, how is this determined? If a player who is going for 20million is not sold does that not tell us the market cant afford him? If a GM can be retained and fined for 'under valuing' a player, surely a GM should be fined for over-valuing a player.

@newbie came on and whipped through a bunch the other day.

Market value for > 60 avg is determined by the experiences of @ that make judgment, nothing else.

@ communications have been horrid, free or not. If it costs these guys nothing to make @, then they should put more people in loop...Hire a press agent.

anything. just provide info.

Yeah, saw the whipping through. "Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully this will keep you all quiet"

And it's not free for those who are paying. Noticed@shengli ignored every single post I made.

I will. At the end of the day, this is either a comercial venture or a bit of fun for the creators/@'s

If it's the latter, then I want my money back.

The thing is, I love the game and would probably pay double for the GB's, but I want to make sure that before I start putting alot of money in, that there is a level playing field and as much as they'd like you to believe it. The "Moderators" are not nuns and there is a clear conflict of interest in this.
