hi i was wondering how you can tell how far away youth players are away from being ready to be promoted? i've mainly been buying youth players on the basis that it would be cheaper to buy and train then buy once trained. is it done on age/ability or is it just totally random? | 18/08/2011 19:59 |

Its based on age/avg..... 14yo players must be 70 avg before promoting.. 15=60...17=50...18=40 and when players are 19 on your youth team they are promoting regardless average. Also, promotion before the Yellow (P) or Red (P) will cause the player to lose moral and lower they forecast average. | 18/08/2011 23:23 |

I've never had any players go up after the end of a season, ever. In my experience they only ever go up with training. | 19/08/2011 12:56 |
