Transformed, Re-branded and with a chest full of treasure in its dungeons, Ashburton Grove has endured a hostile take-over from the notorius Black Pearl Pirates and has been renamed to Davy Jones's Locker. The take-over was engineered by current manager GunnerNic who deemed it time for a overhaul to the team and its way of thinking - the word is that amongst the private league (Int'l 55 - The league you wish you were in (tm)), the top managers have been meeting in private and making plans for the future......... The name was also passed on to the team hence a rise of a new force in the football arena: Black Pearl Gunners! GunnerNic was last seen lying on his treasure chest in the watery dungeons of Davy Jones's Locker, with an empty rum bottle in his hand, shouting: "Does anyone wanna see my Jolly Roger?"
