Perfect one is: bad loser Perfect, this simulator sometimes has errors. And you can do nothing. In spanish striker there are a lot of threads with people "crying" for his lost game. We called them "Weepings" Good luck next time |

To be honest, i expected more criticitism than sympathy when i decided to post this thread but i just needed to express my frustration. | 26/07/2011 21:52 |

Perfect one said: You'll understand how i feel when you're in my shoes. Id advise against telling people what they will feel. It is arrogant and assuming. I guarantee I won't and don't feel like a whiny petulant entitled child when I lose a game. I lose often in my private league and don't care. The differences are 1) its a game and 2) I don't feel entitled to win. You've yet to address my questions though. I ask them not to be belligerant but rather because people who whine about events being "unfair" fail to justify their statements. Like the post above said better luck next game. |

I'll tell you why i said it's unfair. 1) I've put in more effort in improving my team than my opponent. 2) it was a league match not a private league game. There's now a six point gap with the first place team. | 26/07/2011 22:29 |

I'm not sure how one quantifies effort but Ill take you at your word. So you spend more time at a game and feel entitled to win. Wow. Darn you lost a game and are six points back. I've not any pity. Its still a shallow excuse for feeling entitled. Intersting events occur in life Id hate to see how you react to an actual "unfair" life event. As someome who presumably follows sports, a repeated sports lesson is that the best team doesn't always win, you should know this. I'm out. Better luck next time. |

You are right unexpected things happen in life, but this is a game not real life. | 26/07/2011 23:03 |

Okay, I promise this is my last statement regarding this mindless topic. I think you missed my point entirely - "but this is a game not real life. " - Then why on Earth are you complaining about a game???? Wow. Just wow. |

Perfect one said: You'll understand how i feel when you're in my shoes. i've been in your shoes, and there's a lil saying here in the states that i wholeheartedly believe in: "That's Why We Play The Game" upsets are what make games fun. even when you get upset by a weaker team, at least now you know that every game matters, no matter who it's played against. if we all won every game we expect to win, this game would get very boring, because the same people would always win and the same people would always lose. so in regards to your statement, "this is a game, not real life..." if you want to play a game where you always win, get yourself a playstation, get the latest FIFA game, and play all your games on the easiest difficulty. have fun, the rest of us will enjoy having variety in our match results. |
