I have to disagree and I confirmed it with admin - experience attribute is the most important. I have a LIM of 82 stamina and 3 experience - his captain rating is 42 I have a IM of 59 charisma and 10 experience - his captain rating is 45 |

That is not correct - as you will see from my example above, my IM with 59 charisma and 10 experience - his captain rating is 45 |
