Read through some of the topics under the 'faq and tutorial' section, particularly any that talk about forecast and progression and motivation, and look at the training table to identify the best training types per position. Once you understand them you don't need money to buy good players, you can train them. |

Playing games doesn't affect the players average, it doesn't make them better, it doesn't make them worse. It does however affect Morale, Fitness and Stamina. And depending on whether the player played the game or not, and what the result was it also affects their Motivation. So if you could, please explain to me why this will be good for the players?
