Mo money, more wins?

I made it to round 7 by squeaking by my last opponent (who was slightly better on paper).

Looking at the potential next teams I have to face in the striker cup. One has 3 players in the 70's, 4 in the 60's and most of the rest of the starters in the high 50's... The other has 5 players in the 70's, and the rest of his starters in the 60's.

And the average salary of one of these players is about the same as the total salary as my entire bench.

I have one player who's at 52.

Seriously though, if there is no salary cap, how can we introduce a bit of parity to the game?

The only parity possible to catchup to these guys if u didnt start from the first season would be just be smart with your money and work on getting a constant stream of money from a developed stadium, quality schools and youth training, and a good scout that can get ya the good free juniors out there. 21/07/2011 17:25

Golden Ball
Agreed. You are only 1 season behind them. You can meet them at division 1 with good planning.

They will all be div 3 next year. You should coast through div 4 with good work. Division 3 will begin to separate the men from the boys.

I wonder if the final score will be similar to the score when Canada (them) plays S.Korea (me) in ice hockey in the 2018 Winter Olympics... 22/07/2011 22:39
