 Hey Admins, how about you make it so that the right player deserves MoM award. My LW Vincent Murray scored 7 goals en rout to a 7-0 victory but my opponent's IM got the MoM award. I'm pretty sure that anyone who scores 7 goals in one game should automatically be the MoM. He's the leading scorer and probably averages 5 goals/game in all of my games and yet has never won MoM. Can someone please explain to me how this is possible? 04/07/2011 21:32

 According to the line-up he didn't play that match, so how the hell did he win MVP?

 In the game Barry Willis of Hungover Fc won the MVP but it should've gone to Vincent Murray. but still i'd figure that scoring 7 goals in one game would give you the highest match rating possible 04/07/2011 22:12

 also in the 3 league matches i've played he's scored 14 goals, which now leads the league in scoring despite the fact that i started late. 04/07/2011 22:19

 For whatever reason, only MF's always get Man of the Match. It doesn't matter for highest rating or anything like that, otherwise my gk would have MoM every match, and he most certainly doesn't. I think it might be the highest

passes+recoveries-lost

Since MF are the only people getting both passes and recoveries, it puts them over everyone else. It has nothing to do with goals scored.

 If a team gets trounced 7-0, players from that team should not be awarded MoM. It has happened number of times. Probably need to be looked at. 07/07/2011 20:36

The mystery wasn't who MVP goes to. It was why did it go to a player who, according to the line up, didn't play that match?

But we have since discovered that there may be a bug with the line up. Romasik2000 often has players missing from the shown line up that we now think are playing.
