when u click traning on stuff page u get 2 options COURSE and DEGREE so when i click on my coach COURSE it says this will cost u 11m,and od clicking on DEGREE is ask 100 GB so my question is what will COURSE do with my coach and if i spend 100 GB on DEGREE i will improve my coach by 1% ? |

Course will improve staff by 1% point, degree by 2% points. You can only do a maximum of 5 training per staff, so its only worth it when you have a staff member capable of reaching 99 within 5 trainings. You can mix the 2 types. Edited by Godson 29-06-2011 22:19 |

Basically you can only add a maximum 10 points to a staff member, so its best to find ones 89% and above, that way they can be trained to 99% using 500 GB's for 5 degrees. The highest staff member I found on the hire page was 94%, not sure there would be many 99% floating around without a club. Edited by Godson 29-06-2011 22:32 |
