Do you agree that we should receive a prize for winnig the Youth league?

Why do we have a youth league then? You could just give us the possibility of playing friendlies monday, wednesday and friday. And you said that the junior team is one of the less important thing? You've got to be killing me. Every good proffesional club that i know has a youth team (except in poor countries). Or why don't you just erase the youth team then. They will always be schools. And i also need explanation on why is youth tam one of the less important things. We can make it important. I didn't say that the prize would be money. It could be cup, money (i said it could not it will), GB (that's less certain) or money (haha) or a free junior manager for a month (a good one) or something else. Use your imagination. Maybe my ideas seems silly but at least i know how to defend my arguments. Beat that  |

Youth league is different from youth team. Essential to have a youth team to train up so that you have great players in the future. Not essential to know every little stat about your youths apart from that they're training well (again, you get 5% motivation bonus when your youths win games). Do you think barcelona youth team win great money for their victories? |

The reason we have a youth league is for the youth team to play. If they play, they get motivation. Since the formula for amount of training is: % of coach * % progression * % motivation * training % motivation is important, (EDIT: no, ESSENTIAL) to the development of youth players. Why change it and play friendlies when there is already a youth league set up based on the senior league? You don't have to arrange anything, just change the line-up and tactics. And like somebody else said, Youth Team stats or leagues are not important, they are only there so players get motivation for training. | 16/07/2011 01:03 |
