Should aging player's Charisma go up, and should Charisma effect motivation of the bench/non-dressing players?

 Maybe another suggestion for next season should include Charisma.

If a player has high Charisma, it should effect the locker room, so maybe the players who are sitting (or not dressing) can benefit from a bonus if the total Charisma of the team is high. Meaning that they won't lose as much motivation if they don't start, or even dress, etc.

Another thing that might be best addressed is the aging process, should not older players be given a bit more respect? heh hee, I'm just saying (cause I'm getting old too). Maybe have player's Charisma increase with age, along with things like offensive and defensive awareness (new stats?)

Another thing that would make next season cool would be to have retired players start showing up as STAFF (scouts, coaches, etc), and maybe even be available to the team they retired on at a discounted salary. How cool would that be? 		27/06/2011 04:21
