Hostile clause it´s open at 5:00.
Or to be clear, u need wait 5 hours (00:00-5:00 during this time, different country hour time) and now it´s free again for the rest of season

 Not working here in the U.S. Pacific Time at 10:49PM.

Edit: Actually it worked. Wasn't working for a new manager, I guess their protection is longer.

Maybe in your case the player's owner is in New player protection 10 days? Could you check his owner profile?
