1-Why when i am going to buy a player paying his hostile clause it says to me : "You can not buy this player and you just get to your current equipment " A) The manager is a rookie and you have to wait until he/she has 8000 experience points B) The player has just been promoted or just purchased and you have to wait 24h + X hours. C) You are a rookie and must have 8000 experience points in order to buy a player by his hostile clause 2- Can i remove a training? Yes, all excluding which is scheduled for today 3- When is recommended to promote a junior player? When he has the yellow "P". When he has the red "P" he starts to lose average. 4- Why i cant negotiate with this team? Because you have shared IP. 5- Can i cancel the payment of a hostile clause? 6 - How can i increase the morale and fitness? Here: http://uk.strikermanager.com/empleados.php Physiotherapist for fitness Psychologist for morale 7- How much players can i have in my squad? 25 but if you pay 250 golden balls you can increase to 28. (250 golden balls for each extra player) This improvement is for one season. 8- I have a wrong timezone, what can i do? Go to to your profile menu, "Manage" and "Settings" and there select your timezone. 9- How can i improve my players´ av? A) Players reaches more with a good coach +85%. (You can improve your coach paying money or 100 golden balls in : http://uk.strikermanager.com/empleados.php and clik on training on the right (red button). A course costs money and improve 1% and a degree costs 100 golden balls and improve 2%. You can do only 5 per employee. B) If the player has a bad progression or is old, he will reach a little or dont improve. But if he has a good progression and is young he will reach a lot. C) Training, you have to choose the training with the longest green bar depending the position. D) Of course with a better motivation the player will improve more. 10- Can i remove a bonus? 11- How much time can i be in red numbers before lose my team? 14 days. 12- How can i remove a bid? If you have bid, you cant remove it. 13- Can i remove a player of auction? If no one have bid, yes. Go to the player => Contract => See auction => Cancel auction If the player is bid, no. 14- When i have to pay my players and staff salary and school and stadium maintenance? 16- I have to play a match at 14:00 and i have a player who his auction finishes at 14:20, can he play the match? Yes. 17- How many players can i loan? 3 seniors and 3 juniors. But you cant loan to teams in a higher division 18- Can i loan more than a player to the same team? No If you can, its a BUG 19- Does the billboards cost money? Forecast is the av. that the player will get with a good training. It can improve with training and with a better coach. Progression is the speed which the player improves.With a better progression, the player will improve fast. A good forecast or progerssion is +75. **Progression explained: (By GunnerNic) 1. When you produce a player from a school you will get his exact Prog % 2. When you do a search+ (50GB) with scout or coach sec you will get back players with the minimum Prog % you stipulated. 3. You can work out your progression for each player based on the following: Lets say he is a senior MDF Coach % (lets say 80%) X Training for the previous day (lets say Org Midfielder 100%) X Player progression (Lets say 75%) X Motivation for previous day (lets say 105%) = training increase for today (in this case 0.63) i.e 0.8 X 1.0 X 0.75 X 1.05 = 0.63 So it therefore follows that if you need to know progression it will look like this Progression % = 0.63 (increase for the day) divided by 0.8 (coach) X 1.0 (training) X 1.05 (motivation) X 100[ 25- What is motivation all about: (By GunnerNic) Answer: Senior team: Motivation values based on previous game played depending on your line-up (including friendlies). Junior team: Motivation values based on previous game played depending on your line-up (only league games). Player in line-up in correct position (green) = 100% Player in similar position (yellow) = 50% Player in incorrect position (red) = 25% Player warming the bench (substitutes) = 75% Player in reserves = 50% Extras: Winning a game: 5% (all players) Upgrading dressing rooms in stadium 1% for each upgrade Temp promotion of junior to senior team for 3 days: In starting line-up correct position = 150% (with a win 155%) Substitute = 90% (I presume 95 after a win but I always put the junior in the starting line-up) Motivation is multiplied into your training equation the day after the actual training and that training is showed a day after that.
