I created a HeatMap system for your Team. Check it out and let me know: Example: http://www.codisha.com/download/strikermanager/heatmap/SM%20-%20team%20heatmap%20-%20example.xls HeatMap http://www.codisha.com/download/strikermanager/heatmap/SM%20-%20team%20heatmap.xls School HeatMap: http://www.codisha.com/download/strikermanager/heatmap/SM%20-%20heatmap%20-%20school.xls I created an excel sheet that when filled out will show a nice and coloerful Heat Map of your players and teams performance. This greatly helped me manage my team and evaluate who to keep and who to sell. These are standard Excel sheets and should compatible for Excel version '97 - 2011. I will host them from this location as Google Docs does not support the formating. The HeatMap will allow you to get a quick and clear overview of your team strength and weaknesses. The Map I have so far does not conform with the standard layout of SM but it makes it easier for me to get a good overall picture. I deployed 2 slots for each position and anything thats over can be deleted. The HeatMap should be taken with a grain of salt and I hope nobody is throwing themselves into a heap of debt to sell and buy players because of it. There will always be red and green on the map. The Map evaluates the average of all players so even if the worst player on the map is a good overall player it will be the worst on your team. Have fun and good luck. in column B you can decide if that player is to be consider for a draft or needs to be replaced or both. different decisions will result in different color coding. i initially added this for considerations in the youth team. here you can decide if the youth player should be drafted into the pro team or be considered for replacement. i also created a mixed map of pro and youth team for direct comparison but i am not sure if anybody would be interested or if it might be too confusing |

i created a heatmap for the schools as well. if anybody is interested please let me know. the map will show all current schools available, population, training time, prices, etc |
