I wonder if it's really worth for my staff to take course? |

How good is your coach? If they are VERY good, then yes, as it's difficult to hire new better coaches, if they are not then better ones usually come along in the market every so often and for much cheaper than the cost of a course. Edited by slipi 16-05-2011 02:11 |

Most of them are 4.5 stars (or balls). What would be the difference if I have one of the coaches take a course? $14M for a course is huge. I expect to get a huge difference. Otherwise I'd rather spend the money for something else. Btw, If I build an excellent quality school, will I be able to get very high quality (around 40 ave) youngters? |

RE: Excellent quality school.... I have an excellent quality school in Uruguay that has produced 3 players. One of them was average 34 with good progression and the other two I fired. Still better off getting a good Scout if you want good youth players but that will change one day I reckon. |
