There is a few (few.. i think hundreds  of non-active managers in first three positions of each one group.. so - after promote of all these teams to 5th (or 4th) division, there will be poor quality of games again. What about promote just active managers? League with those "ghost" teams is boring.. Somebody can say "thats just waiting for promoting to the next division".. and "waiting" 3 months (one season) with all those ghosts? No thanks.. |

Can you maybe make a bonus promotion for an active team that is active vs and maybe delegate the 5th division ghost? If the third division is a real competition, and I'm in a 6th div league with 2 active mgrs then I have to work with the same for the rest of the year, even after promotion | 03/05/2011 01:45 |

Right now because we still have 4th division emptiness , therefore all the winning teams in 5th division will go to 4th division and the system will randomly draw . In your case , if you're going to 5th division , the system will randomly grab you in a board with brand new opponent , it does not means all you opponent are ghost , there will be chance that you have to play with a lots of active managers . So be prepare |

I'd personally take another season of beating up ghost managers, getting the extra fan support and cash, build up a solid team and THEN make a pitch for winning next season. |

I personally think if there are 5 active managers in a league then its almost certain that the 5 active managers will be getting the promotion and not the so called Ghost manager. Simple reason being, after the half of the season over the players from the ghost team will have 0 stamina and very less Fitness and morale, therefore their Average rating will fall down severely and the performance will be affected a lot. Therefore the active managers will have every chance to gain promotion and not the ghosts. Although it is also true that in most of the leagues in the 6th division there are less than 5 active managers, so there will be a few ghosts that will follow you to the 5th div. |
