I don't know if it has already been discussed on the forum, but I was wondering:

In what way does promoting a junior too soon, affect players?

We already know, a drop in morale takes place.
But does it also imply changes in (for instance) progression or training rate?

Progression, and thus training, goes to hell. You effectively cap their potential. 25/04/2011 21:04

some people think, not it´s a good idea.
But some players are good to make this.
Perhaps his forecast not are the same as if stay in juniors
But definitely lose only 5-10%
its ok if u dont like spending money.

but does not make much sense since you will have very young players but
low class, at least for a while .....

Before the P-sign appears at a player his page.

Usually a junior is ready when :

age = 19,
or age = 18 and average > 40,
or age = 17 and average > 50,
or age = 16 and average > 60,
or age = 15 and average > 70.
