According to the updates, there is a new formula for generating new players from schools. I was wondering if anyone could please provide more information on this; exactly what was changed? | 21/04/2011 13:27 |

Mine not change, everything nearly the same, kids avg. are all crap  Yesterday I got 5 new kids from my "low" schools. Their avg. showed 9-16 while in school, then changed to 20-24 after promoted as usual. I fired all of them |

I think their Progression has been reduced, while their starting average stayed the same. I was getting 60-80% progression, and since the "improved" formula, 3 juniors have been 40-60% progression. So, can we please get some more detailed information on this formula, whether there was a change or not? I'd really like to know the importance of country rating vs school rating in the formula for determining player average and player progression. | 21/04/2011 18:43 |
