 Are you planing to release national teams for all the countries? It would be awesome - if im not mistaken, all other manager games have national teams. Therefore a head coach is chosen from the players of StrikerManager.

 It would be difficult to organise properly, because there's not a lot of free time with private leagues, striker cup and league matches. I honestly think it's something unnecessary at this moment. 10/04/2011 12:28

 I agree with Shengli. Would you really want your best players taken away from you for a few games if they're good enough to be picked for a National Team. With the current Match Schedule the International games would have to be played on the same day as League, Private League or Striker Cup games.  There are some ways to prevent the problem you both mentioned - the International games/cup can either take place after the season (when the season brake takes place) or as you said - International games can be hosted at the same time as League/Cup/Private league games. Ofcourse, the players should earn some valuable experience and AV points, otherwise there would be no need for the managers to give away their players for an International match. 10/04/2011 12:42

 Personally, I'd much prefer to see another Cup introduced before any sort of international competition. Perhaps a cup that is restricted to members of the same division? (i.e. Division 5 Cup, Division 6 Cup,...)

In theory the scheduling could work because the Striker Cup doesn't take up ALL the free days, but I'm sure this would be difficult for the admins to work out.

 well when you think of your players leaving for national team then you would do anything to stop them from going and keep them for your league matches...but on the other hand if your player is chosen for some big national team matches and other managers could know about this then its quite awesome and very proud feeling. But the true thing is that we don't need that, atleast for now when we still are learning about the game and there is so much more to learn. 17/04/2011 10:00
