Alll these teams with managers that don't ever come online, is really annoying, like for instance if one is trying to buy a player, this manager not signing in just hold all these players captive. There needs to be firing of managers so that others could manage another team based on merit. |

You do not need to negotiate with them, just pay the hostile clause and the player you're looking for will be yours. In addition, players that do not come online will lose all of their games sooner or later, as they dont train their players, hence they do not recover energy everyday. If they are not online, they wont be able to use the psychologist, which will cause their players to go on 0 moral pretty soon, and that'll make the lose a lot of average points.
